Fulton County Jail Roster Records

The roster has three public views: Current Inmates, New Inmates, and Recent Releases. It is free and visible without a public login or payment requirement. The host also links to the RPS-Inmate Info app for Apple and Google Play, but the app is a vendor app, not a Fulton sheriff-branded app.
The roster covers local jail custody. It is not a statewide criminal-history database, a court docket, a warrant list, or a state-prison locator. The Fulton County Detention Center is operated by the Sheriff's Office and holds local arrestees, pretrial detainees, sentenced misdemeanants, and county-held state categories when applicable. Once a person is sentenced and moved into Arkansas DOC custody, the public path changes to the DOC locator and, often, VINELink notifications.

The Fulton roster should be treated as a browsable custody list. On May 29, 2026, the current roster showed 10 inmates on the first page out of 16 total. That count is not permanent, but it shows why page size, sorting, and the Select Name dropdown are practical tools. A user looking for a recent booking should also check the New Inmates view before assuming the person is missing.

Fulton County Inmate Profile Fields
Each Fulton County inmate record appears as a card. The card is useful, but it is not complete. It may show charges pending, omit bond, omit address detail, or show no court date yet. The public card also does not show internal jail information such as pod, cell, medical status, property inventory, fingerprints, or classification. Fulton County Booking Records

Early records may be incomplete. The roster can say charges pending, and a court case may not be visible yet. District Court arraignment is the first appearance where a defendant pleads guilty or not guilty, and the District Court calendar warns that a failure to appear can lead to a Failure to Appear, warrant, and suspended driver's license. For felony or circuit matters, the County and Circuit Clerk maintains criminal court records and prepares dockets, warrants, orders, judgments, and other court documents.

Fulton County inmate records split by custody system. A person awaiting first appearance or bond is usually a county jail lookup. A person sentenced to Arkansas DOC is a state corrections lookup. Arkansas DOC's locator includes Fulton County Waiting List and Fulton Co.309/Work categories. Those are search categories, not separate Fulton County facility pages. DOC guidance also says county-jail waiting-list inmates do not appear in the public DOC inmate search until brought into ADC from county jail.
Fulton County Jail Facility
The facility map resolves to one local detention facility. The Fulton County Detention Center is a county jail in Salem, operated by the Fulton County Sheriff's Office. USDA described the 2013 building as a 36-bed detention center with central control, three holding cells, booking and intake, medical and multipurpose areas, kitchen, laundry, exercise space, secure sallyport, lobby, and dispatch area. Vera later listed 30 rated beds for 2022 and 2023.

Bond and Court Dates
Fulton County roster cards may show bond amounts, but the amount alone does not explain whether a bond is cash, surety, unsecured, 10 percent, or subject to another hold. Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 9.2 says money bail should be set only after a judicial officer determines that other conditions will not reasonably ensure court appearance. The roster can help identify the court and date, but the jail or court should verify the release path.

The roster host links to the RPS-Inmate Info app in the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app advertises jail booking and mugshot information for the RPS system. For Fulton County, the web roster already provides current, new-inmate, and recent-release views, so the app should not be described as required for recent booking access.
If a booking record or photo is not online, Arkansas FOIA is the public-record fallback. No Fulton County sheriff FOIA form, booking-record form, fee schedule, or processing-time page was located.
