Fulton County Jail Mugshots Overview
The Fulton County roster displays booking photos on public inmate cards. The roster is hosted by myr2m / Relativity and is linked from the official county inmate-roster page, which makes it the county-published mugshot channel for this project. The photo appears as a single thumbnail attached to a jail custody record. It is shown with name, race, sex, age, address or locality, arrest date and time, arresting agency, charges, bond, and court information when those fields are available.
No official Fulton County mugshot gallery, daily booking-photo PDF, or most-wanted photo page was located in the research. The public booking-photo path is the same as the inmate lookup path: Current Inmates, New Inmates, and Recent Releases. That keeps the page factual. A mugshot is part of a booking record and should not be treated as proof of conviction.
Find Fulton County Jail Mugshots
The public roster has three photo-bearing views. Current Inmates lists people still in jail custody. New Inmates is labeled for people booked in the last 48 hours. Recent Releases is labeled for people released in the last 48 hours. A person may appear in one view and not another depending on timing, custody status, and updates.
- Open the Current Inmates roster for people still held in the Fulton County Detention Center.
- Open New Inmates if the person was recently arrested.
- Open Recent Releases if the person recently left custody.
- Use Sort By, Select Name, page size, and pagination to find the correct card.
- If no photo appears online, use the sheriff or records custodian as the public-records fallback.
The Recent Releases view is one roster channel where Fulton County booking photos may remain visible after release for the labeled 48-hour category.
The image shows why release timing matters. A person who is no longer on Current Inmates may still appear in the recent-release roster view for a short public window.
Fulton County Booking Photo Fields
A roster photo should be read with the fields around it. Fulton County's roster card does not show a full booking file or a separate photo history. It does not show side-view images, multiple angles, prior booking photos, housing units, date of birth, height, weight, warrant number, or case number. The public card is still useful because it ties the image to the booking event and the court or bond fields that may follow.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Booking Photo | One public thumbnail attached to the roster card |
| Name | Public display name for the listed person |
| Race / Sex / Age | Combined demographic line |
| Address | City, state, partial locality, or blank field |
| Arrested | Arrest date and time on the jail card |
| Charges | Booking charge text, including possible charges pending language |
| Bond and Court | Bond amount, court date, and court name when posted |
Are Fulton County Jail Mugshots Public?
Arkansas does not appear in the research to have a general rule that bars county jails from publishing booking photos before conviction. Fulton County does publish booking photos on its county-linked roster. If a photo or booking record is not online, the fallback is a request under Arkansas public-records law to the correct custodian, subject to exemptions and access limits.
Key Statutes:
Ark. Code section 25-19-105 generally opens public records for inspection and copying by Arkansas citizens unless an exemption applies.
Arkansas Act 450 of 2021 / Ark. Code section 4-75-102 targets publish-for-pay websites that demand payment or other consideration to remove booking photos.
Arkansas DOC AR 804 allows state corrections to release public sentenced-offender details, including photographs, but that is a DOC rule rather than a county jail roster policy.
Fulton County Mugshot Retention Gaps
The public retention window is partly known and partly unknown. Current inmates remain listed while the roster shows them as current. New Inmates and Recent Releases are labeled for the last 48 hours. No official source stated whether a Fulton County booking photo is removed exactly at 48 hours, during a scheduled refresh, or under another internal process. No official archive of older booking photos was found.
What is and isn't public: The roster publicly shows a photo for listed entries. It does not publish every historical photo, every booking detail, or a separate commercial-style mugshot archive.
Request Fulton County Booking Photo
No Fulton County sheriff booking-photo request form, local mugshot fee schedule, ID requirement, or processing-time page was located. If a booking photo is not on the current roster or 48-hour views, the researched fallback is a public-records request to the sheriff or correct custodian under Arkansas FOIA. A request should identify the name, date of arrest or booking, arresting agency if known, and the record requested.
Use the Fulton County Sheriff's Office / Detention Center contact block for custody-related booking records: 451 N. Main St., Salem, AR 72576, phone (870) 895-2601. Sensitive personal data should not be sent through plain-text email. If the request is really about the filed court case, use Search ARCourts, District Court, or the County and Circuit Clerk rather than asking the jail for a court document.
Fulton County Mugshot Removal Records
No local Fulton County policy was found for official roster photo removal after dismissal, acquittal, sealing, or expungement. Arkansas Act 450 addresses private publish-for-pay booking-photo websites. It should not be read as a promise that the county must remove every official roster photo from a sheriff-linked custody feed. For a case that has been sealed or otherwise restricted, the court order and record custodian control the public-access question.
| Situation | Best Record Channel | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Current roster photo | Fulton current inmate roster | Only while publicly listed |
| Recent booking photo | New Inmates view | Labeled last 48 hours |
| Recently released photo | Recent Releases view | Labeled last 48 hours |
| Older or missing photo | Public-records request | No local form or fee schedule found |
| Sealed case issue | Court and record custodian | Eligibility is case-specific |
Mugshots vs Fulton Court Records
Search ARCourts is not a mugshot source. It is the public court case system for charges, events, filings, dispositions, judgments, and some public documents. A Fulton County roster card may show the court name and court date, which helps route the user to the right court record. It does not mean the court record will include a booking photo.
When the question is guilt, case status, charge amendment, dismissal, or sealing, use court records after a Fulton County jail arrest. When the question is current custody, arrest date, bond amount, or booking photo, use the roster first. A charge on a roster card is an allegation or booking entry, not a conviction.
State and Federal Mugshots Differ
Arkansas DOC photos are different from Fulton County booking photos. DOC regulation AR 804 allows release of sentenced-offender information, including photograph, name, ADC number, demographics, facility, offenses, sentences, and detainers. A DOC photo belongs to the state corrections record and should be searched through the Arkansas DOC locator when a person has moved into state custody.
Federal systems are different again. The BOP locator returns public fields such as name, register number, age, race, sex, release date, and location. It does not publish routine mugshot images through the public locator. ICE ODLS is also a locator, not a county mugshot database, and it requires immigration identifiers or biographical details. A Fulton County jail mugshot should not be expected from BOP or ICE search results.
Commercial Mugshot Sites Excluded
Commercial mugshot-publishing and pay-to-remove sites are not a reliable official source for Fulton County jail records. Arkansas Act 450 exists because of publish-for-pay booking-photo practices. The official path is the county-linked roster, a public-records request to the proper custodian, Search ARCourts for case status, and state or federal locators for custody systems outside the county jail.
Note: Do not pay a private site for an official Fulton County custody update; verify with the roster, court, jail, or records custodian.
