These terms govern your use of Fulton County Inmate Population. If you do not agree to them, do not use this website, its search tools, or its links to outside jail, court, corrections, and custody resources.

Fulton County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Fulton County, Sheriff Jake Smith, the Fulton County Detention Center, Arkansas Department of Corrections, any court, or any government agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, private investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or similar decisions.

What This Website Provides

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail records, court records, Arkansas DOC files, federal custody records, or immigration detention records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, or file court documents.

The site points users toward Fulton County inmate and jail-record resources, including the county-linked roster at myr2m.com/FultonConRoster, the official county inmate roster page at fultoncountyar.gov/inmate-roster, Search ARCourts, Arkansas DOC, VINELink, BOP, ICE ODLS, and third-party research tools.

Allowed and Prohibited Use

  • Do not use this site in a way that violates any law or court order.
  • Do not use information found here to stalk, threaten, harass, shame, or intimidate another person.
  • Do not rely on site content for hiring, firing, housing, lending, insurance, or similar screening decisions.
  • Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, data, or code without authorization.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use
